Energy Balancing for Nurses and Caregivers

  • Chico Holistic Wellness Center 287 RIO LINDO AVE CHICO United States (map)

Join Pia States, RN, CHPN, for an experiential class specifically designed for Nurses and Caregivers. Explore the gentle and restorative power of sound and tuning forks to support relaxation, energetic balance, and a greater sense of equilibrium.

In this class, Pia will introduce participants to the principles behind using sound and vibration as tools for relaxation and energetic awareness. Tuning forks create specific tones and vibrations that can be experienced through hearing and, in some practices, through gentle placement on or near the body. The class offers an opportunity to slow down, quiet the mind, become more aware of the body, and explore practices intended to encourage a feeling of balance and harmony.

Cost: $20

What to Expect

Participants will be guided through simple sound-based practices designed to:

  • Encourage deep relaxation and a peaceful state of mind

  • Bring greater awareness to the body and its subtle sensations

  • Explore the relationship between sound, vibration, and the body's energy

  • Experience the tones and vibrations of therapeutic tuning forks

  • Learn simple techniques that can be incorporated into a personal wellness practice

  • Create space for stillness, grounding, and restoration

Book this class!

No prior experience with tuning forks, energy work, or Ayurveda is necessary. Come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to pause, listen, and experience.

Pia's intention is to create a welcoming environment where participants can explore these practices at their own pace and discover what helps them feel more centered, relaxed, and balanced.

Give yourself the gift of time, sound, and stillness as we explore ways to reconnect with balance and equilibrium through the vibrations of tuning forks.

Pia is a Registered Nurse with more than 30 years of nursing experience and is a Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse. Her journey into complementary wellness practices has included training in Acutonics® and Biotonics tuning fork therapy, along with a background in Ayurveda. Drawing from both her extensive nursing experience and her studies of energetic and holistic approaches, Pia brings a compassionate and grounded perspective to this work.
