Once a month, join Cheri, Jodi and Jane for a special evening of Plant Medicine, Movement and Sound (see schedule below). Each month, a diferent plant or flower will be featured as elements of Yoga, Pranayama, Qi Gong, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Reiki or Sound are woven together in a unique way.
